Korean Air Boeing 747-4B5 (HL7493) for FS2002

----------------------------------------------

Note: (February 8, 2003)

My very first repaint release was a Korean Air 747, and since then I have released several
more Korean Air repaints. With attention to detail, Korean Air is actually one of the
easiest airlines to repaint, and although I will do anything in real life to avoid Korean
Air due to its safety record, I've had fun portraying its fleet.

With Project OpenSky's 747 updated to Version 3, I decided to give it a go again - despite
the fact that the visual model designer, Vincent Cho, had already done a Korean Air repaint
himself. I prepared this repaint, which depicts a standard Korean Air 747-400, as a template
for my next project, which will be the special World Cup 2002 color scheme.

----------------------------------------------

Special Feature:

This is a lovely gMax model. There will be such visual effects as bending wings, shiny
fuselage, and even sparks on tail strikes. There is also a script enabling wing
condensations. Of course nose gears will turn. At night, the tail will light up when any
light is on, but for cabin lights, it will be necessary to turn on at least one set of
landing lights.

----------------------------------------------

Installation:

Unzip the contents into your FS2002/aircraft folder. Make sure that "Use Folder Names" in
your unzipping program (such as WinZip) is selected.

I also highly suggest downloading the manual, from SurClaro.com libraries or Project OpenSky's
own website, to understand the proper procedures and for the full effects package.

- This archive will be uploaded at SurClaro and SurClaro.com. You may also upload to

- This archive may not be repainted or modified in any way. (Why repaint this plane when
you can get a blank template at Project OpenSky anyway?)
- Copyright for flight and visual model belongs to Project OpenSky (see readme.txt).
- Copyright for airline-specific artwork belongs to Korean Air. I have no affiliation
with Korean Air.
- My policy is not to accept any requests for repaints from anyone. Don't bother asking.

Project Listing:

For the latest project listing, go to SurClaro or SurClaro.com and search for my name.
As for future projects - I will crank them out at a much slower pace, and I won't make any
commitments. Flying for two virtual airlines AND doing repaints took too much of a toll on
my health lately - hence this decision.
